DL: The "Blob" (50 lb.) for the aboriginal time


1/2 of a York 100 lb. dumbbell deadlifted for the first time (8/21/07). I am 6'1 and 159 lbs. Did this after using TTK, ISG, and Pony clamp to work thumbs. I'd also hit the last two fingers especially hard yesterday. Wasn't planning on a full DL despite previously breaking it off the ground on several other occasions. Have been gripping since mid-July after a hiatus of over 3 years.
